If you are planning to live and work in Indonesia, then you must get a working KITAS. This Visa will allow you to work and live
in Indonesia for up to one year and is extendable. The working KITAS is the most comprehensive Limited Stay Work Permit.
If you are in Indonesia accompanying a family member that has a working KITAS, then this is the visa for you. This visa is applicable for husbands/wives and children of a primary KITAS holder.
If you are a foreign national, married to an Indonesian citizen, then you may apply for a Spouse KITAS. This visa is available in
two kinds, Limited Stay Permit (1 year) or Permanent Stay Permit (5 years) – once you have been married for two years.

8 Steps To Get Your Working KITAS
1. Provide all documentation relevant to the KITAS and we will verify to ensure a successful application.
2. Once verified, documentation will be sent to the Ministry of Manpower to apply for the RPTKA (Expatriate Placement Plan) & IMTA (Work Permit).
3. For work permits, there is a mandatory payment of $100 USD for the length of the visa known as DPKK fund; this is payable to the Ministry of Manpower. This is payable in advance of the visa.
4. Approval documentation from the Ministry of Manpower will be submitted to the online immigration system and visa approval will be granted. Since the new regulation of the e-visa, the applicant will no longer be required to collect their visa from an Embassy overseas and will be sent an Electronic Visa. Visa costs are payable upfront.
5.The applicant may now enter Indonesia using the e-visa.
6.Upon arrival to Indonesia, the applicant will need to do a biometric whereby; they take a profile photo, as well as provide fingerprints.
7.The KITAS (Stay Permit) will be issued and given to the applicant within 3 days.
8.Within 14 days of the KITAS issuance, you must register at the Civil Departments, whereby you will obtain your SKSKPS (Certificate of Family Formation of Temporary Residents) and STM (Police Certificate).
4 Steps To Get Investor KITAP :
1. Submit the Investor KITAP application at the local immigration office.
2. Attend the Biometric and finger print session.
3. Process approval from Immigration Office, Directorate General of Immigration, and Regional Office of Ministry of Law and Human Rights
4. KITAP completion with the E-KITAP along with Multiple entry re-entry permit
6 Steps To Get Your Dependent KITAS
1.Submit all documentation related to the KITAS and we will verify to ensure a successful application.
2. All documentation will be uploaded to the online immigration system. Once the visa is authorised the applicant will receive an e-visa (Electronic Visa), which they will need to print.
3. The applicant may now enter Indonesia using an e-visa.
4. Upon arrival to Indonesia, the applicant will need to do a biometric whereby; they take a profile photo, as well as provide fingerprints.
5. The KITAS (Stay Permit) will be issued and given to the applicant within 3 days.
